These terms govern every transport service provided by Stockholm Chauffeur AB("we", "us"), a licensed Swedish chauffeur company. By confirming a booking you ("you", "the client") accept these terms.
All prices are tailored and confirmed in writing by email or SMS. A quote is valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. A booking is binding once we have sent a written confirmation referencing your booking ID. Prices are fixed — no surge pricing, no extra charges for traffic, normal wait time on monitored flights, or standard luggage.
Payment is taken either before the trip (card or Swish) or by invoice for corporate accounts on 14-day terms. Card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider — we never store full card numbers. Late invoice payments accrue statutory Swedish interest plus reminder fees.
For every booking we commit to:
Maximum capacities per vehicle class are stated on our fleet page. Our V-Class carries a maximum of 6 passengers. Oversized luggage (bicycles, ski bags, instruments) must be declared at booking so we can assign the right vehicle.
We carry the statutory passenger insurance required of Swedish taxi operators. Our liability for delays or service failures is limited to the value of the affected booking, except where Swedish law provides otherwise. We are not liable for consequential losses (missed flights, missed meetings) caused by events outside our control — weather, road closures, third-party flight delays, or force majeure.
If something goes wrong, email booking@stockholmchauffeur.com within 14 days and we will respond within 5 business days. These terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumer disputes can be brought to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden — ARN) or to the EU ODR platform.
