Most of our clients ride with us for work. Inbound executives meeting clients across Stockholm. Local partners moving between meetings, the office and Arlanda. Delegations visiting for conferences or trade shows. Touring journalists, analysts or industry guests. The thread is the same: punctuality matters more than anything else, and so does the ability to work, take a call or simply not be on display while you move.

A typical executive day

Arlanda meet-and-greet at 08:15. A 15-minute briefing call from the car. Drop-off at the office in Solna. Wait. Pick-up for a lunch meeting at Operakällaren. Wait. Two afternoon meetings in Östermalm. A 45-minute window for a hotel check-in. Evening drop-off at a client dinner in Gamla Stan. Hotel return at 22:30. One driver, one car, one fixed price.

Corporate accounts

For frequent travelers we open a corporate account. Trips are booked by phone or email, billed monthly on a single consolidated invoice, with optional PO numbers, cost centres or traveler tags. We can integrate with your travel-management policy and provide statements for finance.

NDA and discretion

Discretion isn't a marketing word for us. Our drivers are background-checked and instructed not to engage in conversation unless invited. We're happy to sign an NDA on request for VIP or sensitive bookings.
